A bet on H55bet is considered valid and binding at the moment the user confirms the ticket on the platform. Once confirmed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled, except where the cash out feature is available for that specific event.
Odds displayed on the platform may change before the user confirms the bet slip, due to market movement. The odds valid for the bet are always those available at the time of confirmation, not what initially appeared on screen.
If a sporting event is cancelled, suspended, or postponed before the match begins, all associated bets will be fully refunded to the account balance. If the event is suspended after it has started, the rules of each specific market determine whether the bet is kept open, settled on the partial result, or refunded.
Live bets are accepted while the event is in progress, subject to real-time odds availability. The cash out feature — when available — allows users to settle a bet before the event ends. The cash out value is calculated automatically based on current odds and is non-negotiable.
In the event of a technical error resulting in the publication of clearly incorrect odds (odds that diverge significantly from market value due to a system fault), H55bet reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and refund the staked amount to the user. This decision will be communicated to the user via email or an in-platform notification.
H55bet monitors betting patterns to identify potential irregularities or match-fixing. Bets showing patterns consistent with manipulation, use of insider information, or any other conduct that compromises market integrity may be investigated and voided, with possible account closure.
The casino games available on H55bet — including slots, live blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and crash games such as Aviator and JetX — are entertainment games whose outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) or by live game mechanics with real dealers.
Each slot or casino game title has a return to player (RTP) percentage provided by the game supplier. The RTP represents the theoretical long-term return rate and does not guarantee individual results in any specific gaming session.
In the event of a technical failure during a game session — including internet disconnection, server error, or system failure — H55bet will review the session logs to determine the state of the game at the time of the failure. Bets confirmed before the failure are considered valid. Bets in progress at the time of the failure may be refunded or settled based on the technical review.

H55bet monitors bonus usage to identify patterns that indicate abuse, such as low-risk bets placed solely to meet rollover requirements without genuine gameplay. Accounts that consistently display this behavior may have their bonuses cancelled and be subject to account restrictions.
Each welcome promotion is valid once per user, per CPF, per email address, and per device. Attempting to claim the same promotion more than once through different accounts constitutes a violation of these Terms.

Level progression is calculated automatically based on the user's monthly qualifying wager volume. The volume thresholds for each level are listed on the VIP Program page and may be updated periodically by H55bet.
The weekly cashback from the VIP Program is credited to the user's account with no rollover requirement — meaning the amount can be withdrawn directly via Pix without completing any additional wagering rounds. The cashback percentage varies according to the user's VIP level.
VIP level is reviewed monthly based on activity from the previous period. Extended inactivity or wagering volume below the minimum for your current level may result in a demotion. Users will be notified in advance before any level change takes effect.
